Reservation and Cancellation Policy

1. Reservations

1.1  Customers can book through our website, by contacting the reception staff, or through digital travel agencies where we have a presence.

1.2  When requesting a reservation, all guests must identify themselves by providing information including, but not limited to, first name, last name, ID or passport number, telephone number and email address.


1.3  No reservation request will be confirmed—and therefore accepted—until Siesta & Go confirms it and issues a reservation confirmation, at which point the accommodation contract between the parties shall take effect.

1.4  Without prejudice to Check-in and Check-out clauses, Siesta & Go will do its best to accommodate any request to modify a reservation. However, any request to change the date or duration of the stay, or any other product/service will be subject to availability. Any additional payments incurred by the guest due to such changes must be made in order to confirm those changes.

1.5  When booking beds in a shared dormitory, Siesta & Go will attempt to accommodate guests from the same reservation in the same room. However, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case.


1.6  Online reservations for more than 7 nights will be charged in advance to the card used by the customer at the time of booking, and the non-refundable policy will apply from that moment on. If the full amount cannot be charged within 48 hours after making the reservation, the reservation will be automatically canceled.


1.7  The property reserves the right to pre-authorize a charge at any time from the receipt of the reservation up to the total amount of the reservation on the card used to guarantee it. Refusal of the pre-authorization may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
