1. Where are you located?​

Nuevos Ministerios Location: Calle de Orense, 10 Posterior, Bajos de Tetuán, 28020 Madrid

We are close to the Nuevos Ministerios Subway and Train station, and the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

2. What are the reception hours?

We have an in-person reception from 09:00 AM until 01:00 AM.

3. What is the check-in time?

You can check-in anytime from 3:00 PM until 11:59 PM. After that, the latest check-in time is 12:59 AM with an additional charge of €5; after that time entry is not permitted.

 

4. Can I check-in before 3:00 PM (Early Check-in)?

Yes, subject to the hostel's availability. If you arrive before 3:00 PM, you can check the room availability at the reception desk on the same day of your arrival starting at 9:00 AM. If your room or bed is available, an additional fee of 50% of the first night's rate will apply.

5. Can I arrive after 1:00 AM?

No, the latest check-in time is 12:59 AM. After that time, you will not be allowed to enter since there will be no staff at the reception.

 

6. What is the check-out time?

You must check out before 11:00 AM. If you rented any items or left a deposit, please visit the reception to retrieve them. If you do not check out before 11:00 AM, the hostel will charge additional fees.

 

7. Can I check-out after 11:00 AM (Late Check-out)?

Yes, subject to the hostel's availability. You must inquire at reception about room availability on your departure day. If your room or bed is available, an additional fee of 50% of the rate for that night will apply. This is valid until 7:00 PM; after that time, you must pay the full rate for the night.

 

8. What is the entry and exit hours during your stay?

You can come and go at any time. When you check-in, we will provide you with a code to do so.

9. Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation. You can verify this information in your reservation confirmation. If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation. Please contact us at the following contacts:

We can only modify or cancel reservations made through our website. If you made your reservation through digital travel agencies, you would need to contact the corresponding platform.

10. Can I make a reservation if I do not have a credit or debit card?

No, it is essential that you have a valid credit or debit card.

 

11. Do I need to bring the card I used to make the reservation?

No, you do not need to bring the card used for the reservation, but we will require a valid photo (ID or passport) upon arrival at the hostel. Please note that the card provided at the time of booking will be used to process the payment. The charge is automatically processed through our system at the time of booking or when the cost-free cancellation period ends, depending on the rate you selected.

12. I made my reservation, and I did not receive confirmation. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder to see if our confirmation email was received there. If you still cannot find it, please contact us with your reservation details, and we will send you the confirmation.

 

13. How can I make a reservation for a group?

You can make a reservation directly through our website, subject to room availability, as group bookings reserve the room exclusively. However, please contact us for availability and more information, or fill out the form on our website so that we can reach out to you.

 

14. Do you have lockers?

Yes, all our beds in shared dormitories come with an assigned locker, and its use is included in the cost of your reservation. We recommend that you bring a lock to secure it; otherwise, you can purchase one at the reception desk.

 

15. Can I store my luggage before check-in?

Yes, we offer a complimentary luggage storage service while you enjoy the city. You may drop off your luggage starting at 9:00 AM and then return at 3:00 PM for check-in.

16. Can I leave my luggage after check-out?

Yes, we provide a complimentary luggage storage service until 7:00 PM. After that time, an additional fee will be charged per piece of luggage until 12:00 AM (midnight). To store your luggage, please hand it over to the reception staff so they can secure it in the storage room and note the approximate time you will pick it up. It is not permitted to leave any items in your locker or room after check-out.

17. What is the capacity of the shared spaces?

At our Nuevos Ministerios location, we have 6 bunk beds distributed throughout the space, totaling 19 guests. At the Atocha location, we have 19 bunk beds throughout the space, totaling 42 guests.

18. Do you have rooms for women/men only?

No, our rooms or shared spaces with bunk beds are mixed, and we cannot guarantee that you will be sharing with people of the same gender.

19. Can minors under 18 years stay in a room?

Yes, minors can stay in one of our private rooms when accompanied by an adult representative or guardian. Minors are not allowed to stay in shared dormitories.

20. How many bathrooms do you have?

At our Nuevos Ministerios location, we have 2 bathrooms divided for ladies and gentlemen, 1 shared bathroom adapted for seniors or people with limited mobility, and 2 shared showers.

 

At our Atocha location, we have 6 bathrooms and 6 showers in shared rooms, 1 bathroom for visitors and employees, 5 bathrooms and 5 showers in private rooms, and 1 bathroom and 1 shower in an adapted private room for seniors or people with limited mobility.

 

21. Do the private rooms have bathrooms?

At our Nuevos Ministerios location, we do not have bathrooms inside our private rooms.

At our Atocha location, we have bathrooms inside our private rooms.

 

22. Do the private rooms have a TV?

 

At our Nuevos Ministerios location, we do not have TVs in the private rooms.

At our Atocha location, we have TVs (No channels) in the private rooms. We have internet access and can use personal streaming accounts.

23. Do the rooms have air conditioning?

 

Both locations have air conditioning throughout the facility, including private rooms.

 

24. Do the rooms have heating?

Both locations have heating throughout the facility, including private rooms.

 

25. Do you provide bedding or bed linen in the private rooms and shared dormitories?

Yes, all the beds are made up and ready for our guests.

26. Do you accept pets? Is the hostel pet-friendly?

Pets are not allowed in our facility. We only accept guide dogs in our private rooms.

27. Do you provide towels?

Yes, we offer towels for rent at a charge of €2 for your entire stay, along with a €5 deposit, which will be refunded once the towel is returned.

28. Do you have hairdryers?

At our Nuevos Ministerios location, we have hairdryers available for free. You can request it at the reception desk.

At our Atocha location, hairdryers are available in all bathrooms.

29. Do you have an iron?

Yes, we have irons available. They are free to use, and you can request one at the reception desk.

30. Do you have a washing machine/laundry service?

We do not offer laundry services, but in the area, you can find several establishments that offer it.

31. Do you have a kitchen?

At our Nuevos Ministerios location, we do not have a kitchen or refrigerator, but we do have a microwave, water filter, and vending machines for cold/hot food and beverages. You can pay by debit/credit card or coins.

At our Atocha location, we do not have a stovetop, but we have 1 dishwasher, 2 microwaves, 1 fridge, 1 kettle, 1 mini oven, kitchen utensils, and vending machines for cold/hot food and beverages. You can pay by debit/credit card or coins.

32. Do you have Wi-Fi at the hostel?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all private rooms, shared dormitories, and common areas of the hostel.

33. Can I have a crib for a baby?

Currently we do not have baby cribs or extra beds.

34. Do you have parking space?

We do not have our own car park. However, there are several nearby parking options, including public and private parking facilities, that guests can use.

​

35. Are celebrations allowed at the hostel?

Noise and any kind of celebrations are not allowed in the hallways and room areas from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
